when you hand in skin it spawns NPC to hand other stuff to get epic. So its not really a MQ as much as just a NPC spawning.

This coming from the guild that has routinely cock blocked other guilds and sold epic MQs for the last several years.

But you're right I totally shouldn't expect them to spawn the mob then pull to him to random parts of zone and the auction off the /loc or (something equally as ridiculous)...that's outrageous!
