Best thing about it is the music (http://youtu.be/sXTV7yplaa4) for character selection etc, the game looks like a poor attempt to recreate something that's already been done with some not so good "quirks".

Nice to have an alternative out there, but I don't trust Bli$$ard with being able to stick to a LoL type model. They'll give people pay to win at some point if not now.

Playing Hearthstone at the moment and enjoying it, but I'd win so many more games if I had all the cards available for each class, rather than limping through games with the "common" cards. Sorry Blizzard, I'm not biting - sub model or nothing :p

PS: Sirken is a dirty Hearthstone RMT'er :p

Just got an alpha, I played it a bit and my overall feeling is the game is Dota for preschoolers. With DoTA2 hitting nearly $10M in the international 4 purchases I doubt heroes will compete that we'll since it's so meh and very little depth.

Doesn't matter what you think about the game, its blizzard and blizzard games always draw in a crowd.

Maybe 5 years ago. Does anyone even play D3 anymore? And haven't WoW subs been in steady decline for years?

It's def differentiating itself from the big MOBAs. So far there are no items to purchase only talent tree builds while you level up. And no last hitting, exp is shared so you just need to be near dying minions.

Focus is on the different events for the different maps, like team fighting for beacons that give your team a buff.

Just started up with D3, as a D1 player on the Playstation its a total upgrade...never played D2 due to its bad rep for hackers, glitches and economy problems :(

Having a fun time, might even stream some if I can get streaming to work properly :p

Would love to get in on the HOTS alpha, it has potential but I think everyone is right - they've missed the MOBA boat, and trying to be too "edgy"/different with it might backfire.
