Public Project 1999 Mumble/Ventrilo/TS Server?

Hey, I know way back, there was a public Mumble server that everyone could join and just shoot the shit. Just curious if anything like this still exists? My guild consists of like two people, so I don't get to BS much on voice, which i love to do while I'm exping and what not.
