Whoever ended up resolving my recent petition while I was offline, I thank you for the timely resolution. I'm not sure who it was because I was instructed to submit the petition in-game, but then I had to log. When I was finally able to log back in it was all taken care of.

I think it's sad that the service here is twice as good as any subscription model game I've ever played. Granted those games have 10 plus servers of thousands of players, but still, awesome kick ass service here.

It was pretty dumb. I was in a hurry to log and accidentally left my cloak on Sky key corpse that ended up rotting. I don't log on much so didn't realize it was gone for a while. Silly mistake, and I'm grateful I got it back. Will pay better attention from now on. :)
