Nizzar only RMTed $40 worth of pixels. His involvement in RMT as it pertains to red (or blue), his repeated exploitations of raid content as it pertains to red (or blue), has had little to no impact (observable or theoretical) on the server at large.

The fact that Nizzar was guild leader of Nihilum (historically the most dominant guild on server) while he was involved in these exploits and RMT scandals should not increase the suspicion of possible/likely significance of these illegal and bannable offenses. More than likely, whatever incidents of RMT or exploitation that can be pinned on Nizzar represent the entire extent of his wrongdoings.

It would be foolish and over-sighted to think that Nizzar's involvement in RMT on red99 could somehow be more prolific than a single $40 transaction. If you don't believe me, just check Elderan's numbers. I hear the guy has a degree in mathematics.
