I hosted an eq party for my interns and had each one make an account, ect. Eunomia worked with me for 2 weeks to get them all taken care of (it only took 2 weeks because they took so long to make their accounts). Eunomia always messaged me back the day I posted.

i personally vote for derubael ,is by me the fastest gm ,nothing against the other gms eunomia ,sirken ,ephi ,ambrassador etc but derubael is my personally hero;)
when i ever petition derubael answer lately in a time window from 5mins =D
