Characters GONE

I logged in 5 minutes ago to find all of my characters gone. There is a male toon of unknown class and unknown zone there instead. My char slot says "Your spells file is outdated" HALP! Is there anyway I can get my character back?

Well, I can take no credit for getting it done. Installed Teamviewer and a nice friend did it. I bit my nails. So much for furthering the face of women in gaming. I am at max skill of being a damsel in distress however . :eek:
