Greens seem to be landing spells more often. Or is it just me?

Greens have been landing more spells than they are supposed to for as long as I can remember. There are several posts in the bugs forum about it.

I just got nuked the fuck down by two greens. I don't *ever* remember that happening, and I've been here since the beginning. I'll put up with some bullshit, but give a ***** a heads up.

Yeah I had a level 8 skellie resist my lifetap at level 30 yesterday. First resist I can remember ever with a tap. Also had vamp curse resisted yesterday don't recall that resisting before.

Maybe! Haynar did say he didn't intentionally change any resist code though.

My first ice comet ever with my wiz on live was partially resisted by a level 1 rat in wfp! Though yeah, not quite the same since that was in pop I think and it wasn't a -200 resist mod!

Yikes!!

Hope this isn't true. Early root breaks are the bane of any epic shaman. Gonna be lots of /lfg going on!!

I don't slow anything I plan on root rotting.

5 at a time or gtfo.

spent some time in HS and fear last night and roots and mezzes were no more resisted than normal. Roots stayed as long as expected and slows landed at the same rate they always did. I think it's a perception issue.

I could count on one hand how many times I had a life tap resisted by something on live, and this was even post PoP era. A green con resisting life tap is pretty extreme.

Intentional or not, something has changed. Lots of resists casting on green con mobs.

I havent' had any more green con lifetap resists other than that one. Even on yellows and whites so far.

It will be adjusted. Looking into it. A -200 resist check lifetap should rarely ever be resisted. A 0 check spell should.

Break is such a strong word. On the right track though.

Thanks for the heads up Haynar. We appreciate all the long hours you guys put into this project, even if many of us aren't as vocal with our gratitude as our complaints :D

I think the Devs are getting us ready for Velious. It will be plan "B" trust me. Who knows what really happened at the end of Kunark. I am amazed how so many people remember this crap when on live expansion after expansion came. We are stuck in a time warp here. Stuff changed good or bad, not like Ooh I remember that crap happened. Yeah right!! :( Like everyone on here started the first day EQ started and remembers Everything there was.

one of the things this server has taught me is just how faulty memory can be. there have been at least two or three things that i would have sworn i remembered clearly from live that have turned out to just be wrong...either my memory of them was wrong, or the time line i remembered on them was wrong. i don't trust my memory at all on this stuff anymore.

Dude, you are ALWAYS posting about how you remember stuff from Velious. How can you possibly be complaining about other people posting about how they remember stuff too?
