I've already reinstalled EQ so i don't know what to do now or what the problem is

Ah ok thanks my friend is having the same problem and we both have mcaffe anyway to fix it

I would guess get into the anitvirus and find where it stores all the viruses its detected. Should be a way to exclude the file. Then after you do that uninstall macrap and download avast free antivirus.

Same here, McAfee on my work comp quarantined the setup.dll. I restored it and turned off real time scanning and P99 is back up and wasting my time again.

I would add the entire P99 folder as an exception from your virus scanner, not disable real time protection.
