We are trying to encourage more racing for mobs and less camping/binding/poopsocking at mobs

I have no idea if it's technically possible.

A character that just logged in has a "flag". He cannot engage a raid target (not dealing any dmg) during xx (20?) minutes.

Is that doable technically ? Something else must be concidered for clerics maybe ?

This would encourage the race system, kill the batphone industry and give a real chance to the forces in presence ONLINE, and not finally everyones that's not playing.
