My main computer had a HD failure so I'm trying to get the game up and running on a win7 system. Installed everything and I can log in but I'm getting extremely choppy framerates (~10 fps) and the text\UI looks blurry and smeared, even when I set the client to my monitor's native resolution.

OS is win7 home premium 64 bit SP1.
Video card is a GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 (which is a crappy integrated card, I know, but it should be more than enough to run classic eq I'd think).

I have the latest drivers for everything, not sure what else to try.

Literally any $20 used graphics card would be better than that. Just go grab one off ebay or craigslist.

Haha oh wow, okay, I didn't realize how bad the card actually is. I just assumed that since the game is so old, any card still being manufactured would be able to run it just fine. The more you know..

It should be able to run it. I was running live 2-3 years ago with all spell effects off on a latitude d600 which has a 32mb integrated video card in it. So while its old and is crappy stats compared to new stuff it still should run p99.

Saw you have updated driver. Don't know what to tell you. Underlying graphics implementation can be everything with these - especially if the 6150 wasn't made for Win 7.
