There is an option to raise your FPS to a max of 100. There a way to raise it higher? I hate being bottle necked.

There is no reason to go above 60, and in fact, plenty of reasons to stay at 60.

Above 60 your turn rate and other miscellaneous bullshit can go funky in EQ.
