Can't get to login server account setup

Hello all
I'm trying to get this set up, but when I get to Step 3 in the Getting Started guide, it tells me my cell number is already attached to an account and I can't go any farther.
Can anyone shed some light on how to fix this?

Look in the sidebar on the left-hand side of the page. You should see "Create Account".
