Hallo, I just got Rain Caller bow and I was wondering if it is possible to recharge it. Also, while we are on the subject, is it possible to recharge Leatherfoot Raider Skullcap?

And of course I would love to know HOW to recharge them : )

Yes on the cap.

Need two of each item. One with charges, other one to be charged.

Don't see offhand why you can't with rain caller. You may not like the buy back price though.
