This is all pretty retarded given the various screenshots/videos. In one instance, Azrael trains themselves and the instance that Agatha was actually banned for the GM straight up admits to not really paying attention. I imagine Aussie went there with good intentions to see if they were getting trained, his kid started crying, and he had to go tend to him/her. At this point I imagine a few people were crying big time to Aussie in tells and Aussie didn't want to seem incompetent and say, "SORRY I DIDNT SEE IT I WAS CHANGING MY KIDS DIAPER" so he just handed down judgment.

This needs to be reversed -- Agatha didn't do shit wrong.

I have questioned the pervasiveness of RMT on the server, just because I never saw a lot of raid loot on players that had no way of acquiring it other than RMT. If the Nilly guild bank was being RMTed to it's own members, well that is just sad, and I said exactly that.

So, in conclusion:

1) Azrael got owned on ragefire and died.

3) Gamemaster instantly shows up, hands out suspensions to the wrong people, based on evidence that proves the people that got suspended did not train! Instead Azrael trained themselves like idiots, and the real question should be if THEY should be banned for training the lowbies.

4) Gamemaster comes to forum and states this should not be talked about in public. And uses it as a reason to not make justice happen.

5) As usual, no gamemaster apology, no compensation for taking the wrong prisoner, no judgement against the person making false accusations, and the crybaby who called the GM will get to keep their raid loot. If there should be any consistency, then it should be the same as when Hoshkar was trained into Nihilum in VP and GMs ressed them in - Azrael get to keep their dragon loot.

Syft killed my level 34 naked rogue four times in OT, after watching me for 15 minutes to be completely sure I was AFK while getting power leveled by Casey's bard.

I wasn't really AFK, but I saw him duck in and out of the outpost a few times waiting until he could either catch the bard mid-kite, or me alone to root and nuke; but nonetheless he bragged about being able to root a naked rogue with 15-30 in all resist categories and spam rain over and over again.

He then threatened to beat me up cause he's from the N.E DOUBLE U Jerz and Italian as fuck; because I called him out for being a puss and targeting players with the least amount of resistance, (you know players mid-pve, naked players, afk players, people in leather armor etc.)

It's like Syft is in full S4 brutal camping people in STV, and championing his mad skills because no one can effectively fight back.

I think my favorite part so far is Lite making a thread called "it was good while it lasted" when within 48 hours of Nihilum disbanding he was already mass inviting people to kill dragons destroying an entire guild in the process.

Indeed I heard you were speaking highly about this encounter, However I had full rez effects and I was not 100% hp because as most people know when you have rez fx you cannot BP to full because your stamina is not fully regained. I jousted a few times with you anyway for fun because it was purely 1v1 for once and no one else was jumping in. I did try to load a poison but each time I zoned, Pyro was casting a spell immediately and he was on the superblock and I did not want to figure out if I was on the other end of his target or not.

+1 for having sword of rile skin proc up already, other then that I ASSUME you were mostly pelled and only self buffed because someone said they had just pell bombed you 15-20 minutes prior but who knows if it only hit junks. Wouldn't mind fighting you again if we get the chance, last time I logged into KC it was a 15v1 with azrael flexin. I think I managed to get a 200 some backstab in just before I plugged, I can't remember what it says when rez efx wears off but afaik it wore off somewhere near the end when I was already low.

1) 62 wizard, rs3, regen3, scm3, imp familiar, mana regen 3 and manaburn. vt and bot lvl mixed gear. vs. 60 fighter rs3 and regen3 buffed with gear all resist's 250-300 range, 6k hp.

wizard had to resort to lures/draughts as normal spells didn't land in 7 cast's. resisted greater fetter 2/8 times and the longest one lasted for 36 seconds.

wizard won at 4 mana and 6% life, do to lucky crit that did 891 dmg.

second time warrior used myseq and won - just to see if it would make a difference.

2) same wizard vs. 65 ranger with 114 aa - bot lvl gear, resist's in the 350-450 range. Wizard had to concede zone as lures were resisted 7/9 times and greater fetter never landed.

3) same wizard vs. a 60 necro with no aa and vt geared resist's in the 250-350 range. wizard won with at 2% life. Greater fetter landed for a long of 48 seconds on pet, and only twice in 5 cast's. regular spells resisted except ice spear, and that was mitigated to 211 dmg. not 1 tap was resisted by the wizard. the necro didn't use lb.

second time we did this fight the necro used lb and won at 71% life. again no tap was resisted. Greater fetter only stuck 3 times out of 8 cast's.

4) 65 wizard 386 aa ep geared vs. the ranger above. wizard lost. no regular spell landed for more that 200, which ranger regen compensates for easy, and lure resisted 3/9 times. aa fetter stuck once for 1 tick, out of 6 cast's. The rangers bow range was longer than the lure's range so he would stay out of range most of the time, unless he got to close after a yonder.

If a wizard is going against a lower lvl under geared class then it has a chance solo, and that is only a small chance, and they have to be in a place they can use yonder. If it is even lvl or closely geared class then other class will win the vast majority of the time.

Nerfing HT was a great idea, getting MB and LB in the same net was a VERY poor one. LB and MB should be reset back to the way they were, as there is already a cap to spell dmg, why **** the wizard who is willing to have no mana and be an easy target even more than you have already.

Necro's, Mages and Wizards are all in the same boat against the higher end melee and stealthy classes - we are pinata's for them to play with. Wizards get it the hardest up the back end with a large truck as we have no pet to help take the dmg, or to deal dmg when we get resisted.

The top boards were dominated by wizards and necros, because you could sit in Nexus for 71 out of 72 minutes of a day (PvP free) and take the book over to Overthere and drop some scrub grinding with one button.

Again hardly skillful to drop a 7.5K MB on a ranger with 4K HP, then gate back to nexus for an hour; it also took little skill with a shaman to jump some dude in PoJ and dot stack and fly away.

The reason it wasn't dominated by warriors and other pure melee isn't because they couldn't resist shit, it's because having to chase down a run3 lev'd up caster to their OOM was such a pain in the ass, that at 4% mana they'd just gate.

If he had been sitting down below in front, and I saw the buff particles then sure but when I see a wizard or another person casting a spell while I am sitting at 30% unbuffed not once but TWICE just as I load into the zone I am going to turn around and zone back in. How was I supposed to know he was self buffing?

Am I going to stop and ask him mid cast and find out if I eat a nuke while going "hey pyro, are you nuking me or just buffing yourself? let me know, im really low hp and would appreciate it in advance so i know to zone and dodge the nuke so i dont die!"

1) Azrael got owned on ragefire and died.

2) Azrael batphoned it, and would anyway win the fight and the dragon with their zerg vs a 1-group crew, but regardless they petitioned the outnumbered opposition for "training."

3) Gamemaster instantly shows up, hands out suspensions to the wrong people, based on evidence that proves the people that got suspended did not train! Instead Azrael trained themselves like idiots, and the real question should be if THEY should be banned for training the lowbies.

4) Gamemaster comes to forum and states this should not be talked about in public. And uses it as a reason to not make justice happen.

5) As usual, no gamemaster apology, no compensation for taking the wrong prisoner, no judgement against the person making false accusations, and the crybaby who called the GM will get to keep their raid loot. If there should be any consistency, then it should be the same as when Hoshkar was trained into Nihilum in VP and GMs ressed them in - Azrael get to keep their dragon loot.

#3 yesterday an azrael petition that was completely fabricated got me suspended for a train i didnt do and which has evidence to support i didnt train.

so it's not 4 times, sorry its 3 times.

And i knew the proper way to handle this, but this isnt the first time i have had action taken against my account because of a fabricated azrael petition.

and so have other people but I being the extreme case with 3 total now actions taken against my account, this is a recurring theme on this server.

I realize what i have done, i stated that early on in this post, i expect no help for this situation. I know what happens when you burn the staff in public.

#2 You were unbanned right away. We don't even know why you were banned or who banned you, so where did you get "banned because azrael said I was hacking"?
#3 again, the only possibly legitimate complaint - and to state again, Aussie didn't suspend you because of the video, but because of what he saw in person.

Nobody even recorded your suspension, so unless the CSR who banned you told you he banned you (which doesn't make sense since you had to petition on the forum for an answer), there's no way you'd know for sure that's why you were banned.

I hate to step back into this discussion, because I have only had pleasant interactions for the most part with CSR on the server.

I also don't presume to tell anyone what should be their responsibility or role on the project should be; however is this ever appropriate conduct as someone either working or volunteering as an agent with customer service responsibilities on some level?

As a F&B consultant I would say no. IT is never appropriate for an agent of customer service to admit aggravation, or bias based on the actions of the customer/client/user.

I lump this in the same category as my previous post in the thread, where Aussie shared private information, culminating in "LOL, GG".

This kind of staff behavior is negative, condescending, and unprofessional in any industry at any level.

Lots of suspended and or temp/perma banned players right now that have not been responded to as to the reasons or terms of their respective account status.

Lots of people with petitions in for various things unresponded to for > 1 week, that require daily bumps. (I have one currently but still under one week)
