I feel like the initial question was phrased strangely.

Are you asking the cheapest clicky for a junk buff? Maybe spyglass but can be annoying. I would go with Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring.

If you are talking about a clicky for speed enhancement because you mentioned JBoots. you could ask for SoW or buy some SoW pots. You can quad before you get AoE snare if you do it right. Group up mobs like you normally would, then run away to outside of max distance and start spamming your AoE nuke so it starts just as they are in range. Be facing away from the mobs so you can start running again the instant the nuke lands and not get beat up on. With the delays you should really start running when there is a smidgen of casting bar still left.

If you are asking about how to agro for quadding, there is no question about having a tflux staff. It is one of the most essential class items in the game.

He wants a clicky to remove the GCD between spell casts. I use a shrunken goblin skull earring. The Wizzy clicky staff is certainly a great option (wouldnt work for me as an enchanter) also you can spam click on players and it gives this annoying red message to them over and over and over and over and over and over.

Staff of Temperate Flux.

Quoting myself for emphasis. This functions for so many things:

1. Best way to pull a quad. You aggro stuff and lower it's resist for your AEs which are likely fire or ice based.
2. Best insta clicky to do the global cooldown removal. You're already targeting the mob, it just let's you to cycle nukes faster.
3. Cheapest insta-clicky buff. And I know you're thinking "WAT?". Yea whatever, it's a 5 FR/CR debuff, does not distort your vision, is extremely cheap/easy to get, and you already have one because of #1/2, so it's less items to carry around. It's perfect for eating a cancel magic or an AOE dispell from a dragon (most of whom will land their AOEs even with 200+ FR/CR. Especially the Kunark dragons.

There's a reason people regularly can sell the MQs of these things for 2k. It's so worth it. Though if it's for a main I'd definitely say try to quest if yourself.

telescope would be the cheapest

gob earring would be a little less annoying because telescope you need to click off the self buff or else your in zoomed vision

acumen mask has same effect as telescope

I use telescope for chain casting pacifies on enchanter, but I click off the debuff

whatever floats ur confused boat

The Wizzy clicky staff is certainly a great option (wouldnt work for me as an enchanter)

Rod of Insidious Glamour for Enchanters. Instant click indoors and out from the inventory :)

Casters all get an instant clicky from Sol Ro. It's not fair.

Wizards get both flux staff and acumen mask
Necros get the allure of death book
Mages get eye of zomm and invis VS animals
Enchanters get rod of insidious glamour

So many easy options to avoid ever having to deal with global cooldown. I'm finding it is stupidly overpowered for a chanter. I can use the level 20 stun and recharm a mob before it swings at me without having to waste time mezzing it. Not to mention being able to mez, root and stun more mobs faster.

Rod is indeed a great option, however, I use gobby earring for 3 reasons:

#1 It provides a buffer for dispells
#2 There is no spell effect on the enemy to confuse me (because I'm an idiot)
#3 You do not need to have a target in order to cast it (I understand there are very few times that you won't have something targeted but still)

For insta breaks on charm the stun + recharm is a good strategy, but for anything else you're pretty much better off mezzing and retashing, at least in my opinion.

Won't spyglass be really really annoying / dangerous for kiting? Jboots / temp flux / goblin skull are what I suggest, in that order. Targetless self buffs are ultimately the best things you can have.
