This item says it's GM event drop only, but I thought it dropped by Mina Glimmerwing in lfay, with 1 charge of insta gate? I actually had the item long ago. It's her "rare" drop, as if she's not rare enough a spawn already.

Also hence the name "glimmer ring"

It's one of the incredibly rare spawns in lfay -- it would be like camping the Queen spider in lfay, terrorantula in sro, or Crookstinger in lfay -- you can't really "camp" them, just good luck. Would rather buy the 1k gate potion from kelethin vendor than mina.

1) The ring itself doesn't drop anymore (removed very very shortly after Classic launch and probably never on red)
2) Mina isn't that rare (she has 2 static PHs and pops about once every 60-90 minutes, theres also a roaming PH but nobody kills it), I farmed her for 5 levels on my iskar necro on blue for her red wood wands.
3) For those who want to know. There are 4 'a fairie' spawns at the fairy ring (with Gearheart). Two of those 2 are her PH (a solo spawn next to a tree really close to the village and then two spawns where one of them is the PH next to a tree leading up to a hill. The 4th 'a fairie' spawns behind the tree and is not a PH).

Worked that way on RZ, aren't you the one complaining this isn't a real server because it doesn't work the exact same way as RZ did?
