Does anyone know how to get Larik Z`Vole to spawn in LFay? I have tried almost all of the suggestions on Alakazam but can't seem to find one that works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

He does not spawn, and the quest text leading you to believe that he should spawn is a bug. See this thread: http://www.project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=6400.
