Best possible SK Twink Gear

So I just recently hit 50 on a Necro and can easily farm pp or items. Curious on what the best SK gear is for each slot so I can start hackin away at it!

To add to the one reply, go 1x Djarn's Amethyst Ring and 1x plat fire. Go for the tank black sapphire earrings and necklace, although if you aren't feeling as rich as you thought after 2 black sapphire purchases, Ivandyr's is solid as well. In fact, don't buy black sapphires atm, I'm in the market. but lets put this and other stuff in list form. However, follow this basic formula - hp > ac > else -

1x DAR, 1x plat fire wedding ring
Skullshaped Barbute
2x Electrum or gold Black Sapph earrings, whichever is 2ac 35hp 25m
Black Sapph Plat Necklace
2x Granite Bracer
HBC
Mith 2her
That shitty ass 5sta belt that drops in Paw I think - Black Iron Girdle is coming to me?
Darkforge gloves/BP for sure (if you can find BP - not sure what's second, maybe enamelled)

I think Black Iron drops in RunnyEye, but yes that Blackened Iron Belt gives +5 sta :)

Obtenebrate claymore is pretty nice and no longer drops anymore... 120k? yeah put that in the basket too.

I'd go 2x diamondine earrings (3str 12hp)
BS necklace (55hp on a twink is nice)
grotesque mask
skull shaped barbute
2x 5/55 rings
Hero bracer (str is nice)
darkmail gauntlets
mith arms / legs
dark forge boots, breastplate, legs
HBC
TBB or fbss
Mith 2hander or dark reaver
Runed oak bow

That'd do it i think.

Cool thing is there will be many easily attainable weapons better than the claymore in kunark. Infact, weapons with way better ratios that are 1handers.

Same goes for haste items, although the easily attainable ones are not quite as good but comparable to old world boss loot (Cof, Rbb). For example :

And actually, I haven't calculated haste caps but I bet RBG is actually better with VoG etc for some classes considering the marginal increase in hp (8sta +25 hp vs 10sta of rbb) and added mana for hybrids.

The thing about kunark is everything droppable will be replaceable when it comes out. The time you spend getting gear for a twink now, if you spent it actually levelling the twink with the basic twink package (like less than 5k) you'd be better off.

I'm looking at a better neck, maybe Abalone Gorget, just for the AC.

If I had to it again, I'd add Bladed Thulian Claws or Yak, probably can't beat those fast low damage weapons as far as dps goes.

If you want a cheap decent 1hander then the way to go is Polished Steel Dirk. Though I don't see why an SK (or paladin) twink would use anything other than a Mith 2h unless you're made of money and get an Obtenetrate Claymore + haste item.

How did you get Magelo to work with Project 1999?

1. Make a level one character on a live server with the same class and race.

2. Do a Maegalo sinc (download and run the program)

3. Log out of live EQ and edit your lvl 1 character to your Project 99 stats.

4. Link it to your profile so people can see how []D [] []V[] []D and l3wt you are.
