Happened to me earlier today in FV after zoning from SoNH. I escaped by running to the ocean, which I was able to "enter" since it dips down far from the actual ground, and then I was able to swim to freedom.

I had that problem with DL once all i did was replace the files and i was gtg.. you might just have corrupted zone files

No nothing was corrupt, I just hit a hole in the map trying to get to Warslick.
