can log into red but not blue

for last few hours been trying on and off but keep getting "An unknown error has occured" message while trying to log into blue, can log into red and other servers no problem, i see 1100 people logged in so i don't think it's a login server issue? been working fine for months just happened today

resolved on its own after few hours, thought it was a stuck character after reading some older posts or some files or something, not really sure what causes it
