Tracking mages will no longer begin to cast Call of the Hero and then interrupt it in an attempt to perfectly time their spell to coincide with the Raid target appearing.
If a mage is caught doing so, whether the raid target has spawned or not, fraps of the event must be provided and issued to that Guild's leadership resulting in an immediate DQ from that target.
Do not troll with invisibility or other 'bubble' particle effect spells, if the fraps gives the illusion of you ducking your COH it will be viewed just as that.
Once the evidence is deemed valid, the accused guild will pull out from contention for that target.
Repeat violations could potentially be brought forth to the next level of discipline for breaking this agreement ( if the GMs are willing to accept ced petition as valid )
Please ratify this agreement in this thread
When all guilds who participate on this raid discussion forum has signed off on it, this will become official.
I will start.
Taken signs.
