Temporary IP block?

So I just installed Titanium and I'm trying to log into Project 1999 for the first time, and I have a temporary IP block? I don't know how that happens, but can it get resolved?

I didn't think about it picking up me and my wife as same IP before I posted this. I made another post requesting an exemption in the proper spot.
