Hopfully I can find a couple of nice wizards to port a few groups up also!

This is one of the many reasons Al'Kabor was awesome. Posting that your guild wanted to clear a zone or try a boss in advance and it would be left up for you.

Imagine a guild asking for Nagafen to be left up for them to try to get their first kill... Lolololol.

Hopefully it's up since it's just a planar clear.

Take the time to reach out to each of the guilds currently doing clears and make them aware of this. Most likely, if you ask nicely and remind them of it again 48 hours in advance they will remember and provide you the courtesy.

One thing that you could do is see if one of the larger guilds could de-pop the plane for you 8 or so hours before you plan to start (assuming it's a full pop 8 hours before). That way you'd be waking up to / walking in on a fresh repop.
