Cannot Conect to Server--Unknow Error

I'm getting the error message: unknown error cannot connect to server.

Wow that could be a bunch of reasons. May have to start from scratch again. This is a HARD game to get downloaded and going. :o Make sure you have done it right step by step. I know not much help but!

I keep getting this too, I usually just fuck off somewhere for about 5minutes then I'm able to log in again afterwards, it's weird.

Just one of those errors that pops up now and then with little/no rhyme/reason and then corrects itself.
