Tracking skill update feature, is this working? On my client it does not, just checking not sure on era when that was added.

As it works for me, clicking track gives me a snapshot scan of stuff around me and to refresh, i must wait for the skill to refresh in a few secs... working as intended?

Thanks.

What?

You have to press your track ability key to update your trackable list.

Working as intended.

Thanks, at one point it would auto refresh, just couldn't remember when.

It will automatically drop mobs that have died, but new mobs won't be updated on the list until you hit the track button again

This is from a patch 3 months after Velious goes live:
Patches from January 2001 - June 2001
"Rangers can now sort and filter tracking system (Feb. 21)"

So they should not be able to filter (by level, etc.) like they do now until later?

Wow that is clear as mud. I can not remember that far back when it really did change. But I bet it is past Velious.

So what we're saying is, right now tracking resembles something like this :(

Good luck rangers, filtering would certainly be awesome. Would bards/druids benefit from that as well?

Yeah.

We tried to get some tracking changes put in awhile back, but it messed up the tracking system pretty bad. Had to be reverted until it can be figured out.

Druid skill level still low until Velious though :o

Sadface on druid track.

Only useful in z axis dungeons.

But once we get some Velious up on this server, the great druid tracking fix of 2001 is near!

I still blame this mess on you and your bumps of the druid tracking nerf!

I'm afraid it's classic :(.

And this is why I will never understand the mentality of the "classic" mouth breathers.

Keeping somethingn broken, just cause is a really dumb reason.

Skill level isn't broken and the lower skill was actually beneficial in densely populated zones as the tracking window wasn't unlimited in length as it is in Titanium. It allowed druids to pin point stuff that would get lost to bards and rangers.

Druids should be happy the timeline was already past Plane of Air release since druids had only 20 skill cap until then!

Don't remember tracking updating automatically. Pretty sure it was always updated with macros, preferably on movement keys for long, long after the timeline.
