Two of the same name, different race toons

I saw this last night. Two toons with the exact same name, but one was a Gnome and the other was a Dark Elf. Both registered in the zone with a /who Kalzyx. The Dark Elf version had -16% health as well. Kinda odd.

Enchanter. Illusion spell. Dark elf version was a bug and actually just a corpse.

The illusion spell I can see. But two live versions, one with -16% health standing while the other was 100% sitting? Not to mention two /who (that guy) in the zone at the same time. It's a bug, but an awfully interesting one. :)
