I got ambushed by a brownie outcast (didn't know he was KoS to wolf form) while I was low on mana and health. He resisted root, so I snared him and headed for the Mistmoore ZL. Regen was down, he had me dotted twice and was nuking the hell out of me, so I paused to heal myself...

Since it's in two windows, the actual order of events...
