pure melees should have 0% chance to channel anything ever if they move or get hit while casting(using pumice in this example)

YESSSS!!!
No chance to regain on items, that was a caster only thing Bard Mcquad once addressed in chat when asked why casters can regain but not melee's
He said something like "Casters are more familiar with magical items allowing them to better use them and get them to succeed in battle"
This did not apply to hybrids who have channeling skill, but pure melee's however could never regain on items once interrupted.

bump this makes pure melees WAAAY too strong

Fixed pending update.
For anyone without the channeling skill, if they take one melee hit for damage, or move at all, the spell will be interrupted. Not really pvp specific, as it will apply to everyone, always.
