Everyday for awhile now my ping goes up into the thousands at the same time around 12pm-1pm central time. Do not have this problem at any other time of the day. Anyone else experience this?

Guessing it would be your internet provider either doing maintenance or throttling service for low times of day.

^ seems most likely; when this happens you should call your ISP and tell them you need tech services to come out to fix it, and keep calling them everyday. If other people in your area complain they'll probably stop slowing your bandwidth during those times.

Then how come my ping in other games is unaffected?
