I sold to Zanderr a few weeks ago for 242.5k (he forgets that extra 500p!). A week later I sold another pair for 255k. Someone also offered me 500k for a pair (though I didn't have a pair at that time).

Jeremy also listed many of his items at fire-sale prices. I wouldn't set those as the standard or the norm.
