Everquest in serious business and my Human Monk would love to know if this is more dps / better then IFS or Peacebringer?

You're not going to notice any difference, RNG is a bigger factor than the ever so slight gap between those two.

If you're pulling for a group, the lower delay of the peacebringer will help you time your departure a bit better before you shoot off to chain pull the next mob (not waiting that bit longer for the extra delay).

Overall, get either...get whichever you come across first in EC ;)
