A family member signed a contract with a solar panel. What if he refuse/don't want to to pay the solar panel company after he signed for anymore. Contract says they will default him. Does that mean they can take the house too?

It was all good just a contract ago. If you was advising me son. I would say hit the barber shop and ask the old heads.

A solar panel sounds like a difficult tool to sign a contract with. Did they not have a pen available?

A 20 year contract AND the ability to default you? That sounds like an awful contract to sign for some electricity...

Typically they take the home and launch it directly into the sun.

Can probably put a lien on the house etc

+1

it would be very bizarre to force a house sale.
