So people won't share anymore, that's the bottom line.
I say it's time for RNG (no, not rangers) to decide who gets which Class R spawn when it spawns, in a forced sharing environment.
Have an NPC in EC to see see what we see about who gets to see about pixel ecstacy when a mob pops.
Basically this NPC would random 1-X number based on the number of guilds in Class R when a mob spawns. Make it an addition to Shady's persona perhaps? The result is then announced on a "Brother Hayle" type global announcement.
Anyone else touching it within 3 hours gets raid banned for a predetermined amount of time and removed from the roulette.
Tried to keep it simple, I've added a poll (of course) to gauge opinions.
Your vote counts, please think and choose carefully.

Go back to Red, no one cares about your ideas.
Class R guild leaders will figure something out eventually.

In a perfect Norrath:
UberGuild1 PlayerA says ' hey, RaidmobZ is up! let's kill it!!
UberGuild1 PlayerB says ' Wait man, didn't we killed that this week? Let another guild try'
CasualScum ME/AFK: woah there's a dragon or something here.
Guild C: hey RaidMobZ is up for grabs!
Guild D: u wanna try first, or u not ready to go?
Guild E: We're ready here, if no one else is. Let us know!
Guild F: <insert mad libs or your favorite text here>

There are approximately 8765 hours in a year (the length of which the rotation lasted), which equates to approximately 547 16-hour poopsocking intervals in which the class R guilds mostly got to ignore, which is about 3 times less than what jet fuel burns at (approx 1500F). Steel melts at approximately 2500F.
Question everything.

Nobody cared for that proposal but still it was put forward and shredded thanks to that dissent... so allow me to make a suggestion without breaking your keyboard? <3
I think this system has some merit to it, and reflects the whole "RNG" element to EQ rather than "we'll take as many spawns as possible thx~"
