Release Velious Without CSR

Do it already with a proceed with caution tag knowing that CSR won't reimburse bugged quests. They'll get infinite number of bug testers immediately because people will still play it even if there's a chance that some quests don't work.

Fixes Class R and everyone can be happy.

From what I understand, the numero uno obstacle right now, is testing the x-y-z axis mechanics in each zone, to make sure there are no grav flux issues, pain and suffering deadfalls., ceiling traps, etc.

If anything, they should release it without any npc's for a few months till these kinks get worked out. I would be for that. But really, we need more x-y-z axis testing people, gotta have it. Just explore the space.
