Well every one of those characters has a toxic reputation considering they were Alawen's and most guilds tend to not look highly upon characters that are known to be purchased. Not to mention, if he's really "moving on" there's no point for plat here which means the end result is going to be an RMT which isn't allowed.

See I disagree...why punish the entire server for the sins of a few people? Do what you need to do to the offenders and let the rest of us have the freedom to do as we please. Uthgaard does a good job policing this sort of stuff, but if he does miss one or two RMT sales, honestly, does it really affect any of us?
