From that thread:

Pawbuster spawns in the Drolvarg Warlord Room which is past the Hands, through the jail area and down the stairs. There are 4 spawns in this room with the Warlord usually popping in the second spot if you count starting clockwise from the stairs. There was a thread here a while back and it looked to be over 90% of the Pawbusters popped in the second slot as well.

That's only spot I've seen him spawn on live as well, shrug. Second spot from the door clockwise, in the alcove.

Who cares though, it's not like your not going to keep the whole room clear if you are camping it.
