Ishva Mal

I just killed The ishva Mal and it only dropped the Brain. I Never saw it before, and i camped it in Live a lot of times.

yeah i know the quest, but first time that i saw only drop the brain. Usually drop the spell and others the robe, in live i remeber seen drop both items at same time but i never saw only the brain. Reading the allakhazam entry i see that sometimes it can only drop the brain but also the drop of both items is more commond that i was thinking. I never saw the both items at same time here.

Oh, I see. Yeah, I think you're right that it should be robe or spell and then brain is separate, but I can't prove it.
