In Indignations case they attacked with a warrior and a rogue "their force", basicly if they where lucky and didn't get any adds,(in a zone with 100+ mobs) didn't get feared, had 5+1 CH charges each and the server lagg was working for them..they could have killed it.

But as long as two are engaged and making progress and no other additional force shows up wouldn't it just be considered their raid force? It seems like the spirit of the rule is that 2 isn't a a raidforce when 20 more show up 3 minutes later.

Just a comment: do people really claim they cannot acquire gear on their own?? I've been on the server for less than 3 months and I have near BiS in most cases (exceptions for items costing more than 10k of course. My only "big ticket" item is my Dragonborn Sash)
