It's 2/5ths of the Paw of Opolla quest, but it's by far the hardest two rings to get. The rest of the quest can be done in about 1 hour if you're lucky.

When i camped him it took a while but he also dropped the gold ring. He seems to drop the gold ring a bit too often.
