Completely surprised to find out about P99 a month ago(regardless of the fact this has been active for 5 or so years). Returning player from Prexus circa 99-2003.

Amazed that the sense of community the server has, having muddled my way through a number of MMO's since leaving EQ, and dealing with toxicity everywhere it's great to be back to a place that "feels" like home.

Sadly my character's name from back in the day was unavailable, If you see the low level troll warrior named Grombok (most likely on a corpse run), throw me a wave and a 'Hi'.

I look forward to interacting with everyone and becoming a part of the p99 community.

Thanks! I started last Thursday night, ended up finding a couple of other new players, some p99 vets, and noob'd it up over the weekend. I was showered with some starter gear by some pretty cool people and should be hitting 20 tonight.

So far the game has brought back a lot of fond memories.

Should probably point out that on Prexus I was apart of <Stasis>/<Poison Dart Frogs> during the hay day of the raid calendar shenanigans. I hope to see some of those Jabroni's if they are playing. I played a troll warrior named Vorkon.
