Let's talk about "Iksar Berserker Club" and An undead jester's dumb ass.

Short info. I have 36 shaman on red, and have been trying to farm this item forever. Its an 18 min spawn time(from p99 wiki).

I'm not kidding when I say this; but
I have honestly killed that static spawn mob 40 times and still have yet to be successful in getting this damn club ( gear absolute shit) .

I guess what I'm asking is what experiences have any of you had in farming this item? Fsst ? Slow? Spawn % to me seems as if jester is bugged or something , wiki don't feel right.

Also , could jester possibly be different for red ? Zones litteeally empty. Rarely find a soul looking for that farm at least. Ez farm, 18 min timer. Just nothin..

pain in the ass spawn from my experience. Usually a better weapon out there to farm that's worth more and spawn doesn't suck.

Any specific weps you could rexomend that a 36 ikky shammy can solo? I am very unfamiliar with the game because when I played classic back in the real days of kunark I never left the island on my ikky. And I only played an ikky. When I got into it my cousin told me how oksars are hated by all the races and the have their own continent. I made ikky and just enjoyed /role hating everyonr

I have no experience on red, but you should be grouping (not meleeing) the majority of the time due to the massive bonus to group XP. I would hit ~50 first, then start worrying about farming items.

I camped one a week or two back. It took 18 spawns to get a club. I was also killing trash mobs around the camp and by the cook I dunno if that helped somehow.

Took me at least 40 spawns on red then got 3 in 2 days (maybe eight spawns) this was before pop increase so was no one really killing it but me. Only reason I stayed was for shield of Kurn heh that was the long camp. Did it early 20s maybe was for sure still getting xp off TB skellie and the jester. My warrior has one i could give you. Pm if interested with a meet time pref today in cab area and it's yours (us cst)

I got lucky found club and icy soloist wand when I went down there in about 30 min

i've seen the solist's wand and no zerker club after levelling there on 2 different toons.

I got him with a club on my second day there. I was leveling a necromancer and enjoying the massive amounts of bonechips and easy exp. He spawned multiple times a day for me, the club is ultra-rare (like the GBS)

You can make more money on a Shaman selling drugs lol. Like SoW pots etc., and just buy the damned thing. :p
