Can't create Login account

I skip step 2, Put my phone number in for step 3 enter the sms code, wait 5 seconds and get sent back to step 2......so I skip step 2 again, skip step 3, get sent back to step 2......infinite loop :(

try using a different browser. i seem to remember getting that same problem.

I tried both Firefox and Opera.
Can I enter URL directly to step 4?

I had it do this to me too on Chrome. On the left is a menu with links, I remember I was able to click to step 4 from there, try that.
