I just had a great experience with the newest member of the CSR staff, Chroma, and I just had to post it here because, well, as we all know these guys aren't paid for the time they spend helping the p99 community, or get anything out of it at all for that matter, and at the very least I believe they deserve some acknowledgement for the amazing work that they do. Thank you again, Chroma!
Back story: My Fungi Staff poofed from my inventory on Saturday night (may have been early Sunday morning) during a play session. I've been petitioning every day since with no response (to be expected, considering how short staffed the CSR department is at the moment) until today when my petition was answered within minutes by the new guide, Chroma.

Chroma did not want me to post this, and I apologize for ignoring that and doing so anyway, but like I said in my conversation with Chroma, I felt compelled to do so.. because pras Chroma!! :)

Chroma seems very nice, and very professional.
Sorry about your staff Oggor, hope this gets resolved soon :)

We'd never straight up delete the petition on the forums, but I wouldn't be surprised if the in game petition was ignored each time. Right now my eagerness to learn is being taken advantage of, so I'll pick these up in order to figure out what I aught to be doing. Definitely an exception to the rule, so I shouldn't rely on it. Any lost items belong in the petition forums, where patience is the golden rule.
Disclaimer aside, I am thankful you felt so compelled. Thank Sirken and Eunomia for getting me up to speed so quickly, and Rogean for accepting me period (It only took two years after my guide app).

Sounds like the OP is trying to throw Chroma under the bus. Some people. :(
