Which epics are MQable sub lvl 46?

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I wasn't able to find a thread that answered this specific question:

I understand there are some epics are are available at lvl 1 like rogue, cleric, monk, etc. I also understand from my own experience that the paladin epic turn-in requires lvl 46+ to enter the planes. Could someone please tell me a list of which epics are able to be completed/MQed sub 46? If a class's epic requires 46+ could you give me a very brief explanation as to why? I am mainly interested if either of the ranger epics are MQable at lvl 1, but I'm also curious about others.

If you dont have to go to the planes or can MQ parts of the epic you can do most at level 1. Enchanter cant be done til 46+ because PoFear piece cant be MQ'd like the rest of the chanter epic due to combines needing to be done.

Thats it. Every other epic is doable at level 1. Beastlord and Berserker required 50 on Live because they were implemented at such a time when level was checked in certain parts of the epic. Classic shouldn't check level for any turnins.

Also, I don't wanna get anyone nerfed, but monk epic fist mod did not work until level 50. The clicky did, however. I distinctly remember getting these on my alt monk at 49 in kunark and thinking how underwhelming they were, or that I was bugged or doing something wrong. I was mid-attack on a sonic bat in SolB when another mob died to the group, dinging me 50, and BAM instant machine gun fists. It didn't as much as require toggling auto attack. Pretty memorable. This very well may have been a bug with the unique feature of the monk epic though.

? Swiftwind was pretty cheap post-VSR, but the hate piece for Earthcaller was still pretty rare and expensive on my server. Can't imagine the entire epic ever going for 30k.

Yeah Shattered Emerald of Corruption was a Turd to get. I had the Swiftwind on live but never got the Earthcaller because they wanted a freeking fortune for it on Torvo. Only piece I needed for like 3 years. I just gave up.

I feel like the Devs really screwed the pooch with the Necro epic, the clicky could have been so much better. Not only is it one of the hardest epics to obtain, it's not something that changes the game play drastically, such as the shaman or bard epic.

It's probably why you never see them on this server

I've seen 2 posts that say you can't MQ the epic previous to 46 because of non-MQable items from fear and hate. Let me set the record straight.

You can't MQ the chanter epic at ANY level. There is exactly one item that is tradeable and that's Cazel's Spoon. Everything else is no drop. But why can't you MQ it?

You take 4 items and put them into a nodrop sack and hit combine. You do that with 12 more items so you have 4 combined sacks. You put THOSE in another nodrop sack and combine those to get the nodrop staff. You turn the staff into a guy who gives you your snake.

It has nothing to do with planes. It has everything to do with having to do combines and taking THOSE items and combining them. At no point in the process (apart from the aforementioned spoon) can something be traded.

What is possibly relevant to this discussion is that the chanter epic snake can't be done by ANYONE until 46 because of the planar pieces and even then can only be done completely by the enchanter wanting the epic, with the exception of getting cazel's spoon which is easy anyway.

I'm aware, it's just funny that the classes that need the least help (rogue, shaman, cleric, monk) also happen to have the cheapest, fully MQ'able epics. Earthcaller is amazing, but there's a day zero direct upgrade to Earthcaller that is a drop from a rare mob in DN, which did not please the rangers in my guild. Although it eventually gets nerfed.

I once grped with a gnome necro in highkeep gobs grp, he was 27 and had the epic. No idea how that was done! Maybe a high lvl who got sacfiriced down. Prob the madest thing ive seen, on this server!
