Unable to enter CB (crushbone)

I've tried multiple times to enter cb and so far i'm unable, as far as i know i have velious on. any suggestions?

do you have the zone in your folder?

crushbone_chr.txt

crushbone_sndbnk.eff
crushbone_sounds.eff

that could be one reason.

Probably the same issue other people are having zoning into zones as sub level 5. The Interplanar portal bug.
