Hey everyone, semi-new player here.

I played for a month or two years ago when the latest expansion was Gates of Discord, but I never really got far because of a crippling case of alt-itus.
I think my farthest character was a lv20 something Wood Elf Warrior.
I've forgotten nearly everything so it's pretty much all new again which is great.
Right now I'm a lv3 Human Wizard out of Qeynos on the blue-PvE server, and having a blast!

If anyone around there wants to group up or something just send me a tell or add me to friends if I'm not online by the time you read this.
My character shares my forum name, Zaede.

Welcome Aboard. Not many people play in that area. So hard to get out of there. But at level 20 you will be able to Port yourself. So that helps. :D

No kidding. I got to level 5 and I think I saw less than 10 people, not counting corpses.
Nobody in chat wanted to party so I solo'd until it started getting tedious (that wizzy MP burns fast!).

Stayed up all night too. I think after I get some sleep I'll decide whether or not to reroll onto Freeport or Neriak.
Wish I could transfer the stuff I got though.
It's not super valuable in the long run but the 2 plat I managed to get seems like all the money in the world right now :D.

I liked starting my monk in Qeynos, it was a nice change of pace from FP. Hit Blackburrow when you can and murder some gnolls for gnoll teeth. You can turn them in for exp in Qeynos. They don't give as much exp as they used to, but that amount of exp was a mistake and they fixed it. it is still a very good quest to do at low levels.

Beware that killing gnolls and turning in teeth will make you KoS with the corrupt guards of qeynos and they will murder you. One in particular wanders around the monk guild and he is a dick.

I thought about it, but I really haven't experience much of the game, and thought it might be a little too rough being KoS to every NPC but Iksar ones. Also like Dark Elfs more :cool:.

I HATE trying to get to the Third Gate area. I get lost EVERY time lol. Hey I am old, give me a break.

But you can get almost all your spells in the East Freeport Sewers and even train there. :p Yeah DE Females in Plate Armor are hot.
