Multiple accounts for more Characters

How does one go about creating a second P99 account to have addition characters? I have no intention on two boxing nor do I have the proper gear to do so, but I guess my question is am I aloud to have more than one account for more character slots or is the frowned upon like two boxing. If this isn't an issue how do I go about creating another account?

From the main P99 page on the top left theres a link for create account. you can have 3 accounts (or was 3) per eqemu account. Not sure if that changed when they changed the accounts to p99 website.

I haven't made an account since the change, is it not done through the eqemulator website anymore? I'd register again wherever it is and make a new account per registry rather than putting 2-3 on the same one.

Definitely allowed more than 3 per emu account. Only 3 allowed created per week or something like that, however. I have like 7 login accounts.
