Back to EQ after 13 years!

Hey, I just read about Project 1999 from PC Gamer mag a couple days ago. I had so many fond memories of playing back in the day I just had to fire it up again. If anyone remembers me send me a tell, I quit playing in 2002. I was on E-Marr as a 70 Erudite mage named Azyke in Midnight Fury. I also had a Warrior in the 50's named Dracknor. I've played a few MMO's over the years as well. Azyke: Cabalist in DAOC on Merlin server with Ice Clan. I also have several 80's in Guild Wars 2 Azyke The Mad, Azykka, Azyyke with Ice Clan as well.

Anyhow being married with 3 kids I don't have the gametime like I used to but I still like to get on the evenings for a few hours and have some fun. So if you know me from anywhere send me a tell!

Btw currently a level 7 Mage Azyke.

Hey everyone thanks for the reply's. Really enjoying the game like old times. The playerbase seems to be very friendly. I really notice it compared to current MMO's that are populated by younger kids. I'm betting that a lot of other EQ players are mature adults now too. I've had a couple of complete strangers come up to me buff me and someone just handed me a golden bracer which I wouldn't consider a trivial item for a level 7 mage. =)
