Level 23 Enchanter and can not find a group....Have been looking the last 3 days/nights and found nothing. Looked in Highpass,Highpass hold, South Karana, Mistmore, OT...I was soloing in Uguk but that is mostly light blues where its safer to solo. So what i'm looking for is a group hope this is the best place to find something.

You could try Lake of Ill Omen. It is a pretty big zone, usually always a couple groups and some solo/duo/trios going on.

I feel like if you were on Red I would have seen you LFG but I can't recall missing any chantys in my level range.

At any rate if your on Red I am an Iksar Shammy (29) and have been grouping exclusively in Kunark with alot of success so please send me a tell and group with me/us. Got lots of fun spots and there is usually just one group (mine) there.

Rodarin is my characters name.

I'm sort of in the same boat. After I left Oasis there was a sharp drop in group availability. I ended up just soloing in East Karana from 21-27 since sitting LFG for hours isn't productive whatsoever.

By no groups do you mean you haven't been able to join a group or there's literally no one there? MM always has multiple groups going.

I'd say your best chance at a group is MM, Unrest, Lake of Ill Omen, Warsilks woods (Giant fort), Guk (I haven't played in guk myself much but many others are usually there..not sure how open they are to others joining them).

If you have trouble joining others groups I'd suggest making your own as well :D that always seems to work for me. Keep at it, grouping is the greatest part of this game imo :D.

So do /who commands and talk to a few people, see what they're up to and if anyone would be leaving soon.

This entire game is built off of player communication and interaction. Talk to people, make friends and profit. Get on a waiting list and level up your jewelcrafting, or go solo some mobs while you're on the waiting list.

If you don't want to do that, get on a list and try to make a group for yourself.

No, it starts about level 20. I see level 19's LFGing but it's safer to wait until 20.

Try the red server. You'll be able to easily find mid level groups.

I have to be honest this doesn't make sense to me. I don't mind red, or people advertising for it, but with a server 1/8th the population how can groups be easier to come by?

if you solo on red it will take you FOREVER to lvl ... but because of the exp bonus on RED the more people in grp the FASTER you lvl ... i have a ikky necro on red (60% exp pen). soloed lvl 1-5 took about 3-4days or so playing 3-4hours a day mind you i am nakked there so lol yeah took me awhile. finally found about 3 other to grp with and we all were lvl 4 5 5 7 or so... we steamrolled lvls (2 were twinks but other than that) i went from lvl 5 to 19 in about 5 hours.

all this being said that is why a grp is VERY easy to come by ... aside from the PVP threat.

Should look to solo some if it's that difficult, but should be fine finding them. Try to use /who all 23, /who all 23, who all 24, ect and send tells to see if anyone's looking for more. You'll be good man.

I feel your pain. The server has been live for quite awhile so there are not as many new characters as their might otherwise be grouping up and leveling. Being an un-twinked rogue I did not really have a viable option of soloing while LFG.

Best advice I can give is join a 'leveling guild' such as good guys, riddle ect. This will provide a world-wide network you can use to find similarly leveled players.

23 is good for pond in MM.

As ppl have said, talk to others and try to make your own group. or send tells to ppl already grouped and see if they have room for you / get you when someone leaves. You can usually solo some stuff while you are waiting.

Your animation is still pretty powerful at this level. Killing lower lvl mobs fast rather than killing high lvl mobs slow is better exp.

No, the Pond area is pretty easy to do at 20 if you are not the Tank.

I hate to say it but the reason is there are too many people in those zones now to even get a group. KC is the same problem. Unless you get in at 4 o'clock in the morning it ain't happening without a lot of luck.

You have to be willing to travel to where the people are or send messages out to individuals to try and get them to come to you. There aren't always going to be enough/the right kind of people to form a successful group in Upper Guk, but there are usually people nearby in Oasis or East Commons. Message them and ask if they would be interested in forming a group with you.

I am nearly out of level 40 and am looking down the long road to 60. I remember on live I spent all my hours in Sebilis. How does that zone look on this server? is it overpop like KC / Mistmoore / CoM (havnt gone to CoM yet)

Yes, Seb is usually packed, but also a good place to go to get a high level group :D.

Other high level areas are the Hole (you usually have to put together a group yourself) and HS.

I wish Chardok was a viable place to group but it's usually aoe'd down.

Just look for a priest, necro, or mage and go duo. Charm kill some mobs and the levels will fly. Or if you can't, just solo.

The Hole is amazing experience. Yes, it is out of the way but if you can get a group there to grind, the xp is better than all other in game. Except if you are doing mass pulls or what ever in Seb

As bad is having a group when there's 40+ people trying to XP and you come across 3-4 other pullers all running around looking for a respawn. It's times like that you consider switching servers ;)

Because of the exp bonus on red, groups are more accepting of new players to fill spots. This is second hand info, but I've been told that on blue if you aren't twinked out or if your class/race has a large xp penalty, groups are likely to reject you. I've never seen this happen on red.

And in my own experience after leveling several characters, I've rarely been unable to find or start a low or mid level group. (now finding a port to get to your group is a different story :) )

I didn't know that info about red before today :D cool they did that to promote grouping.

I've literally never seen someone turned down in a group on blue because they aren't twinked either :) the communities of p99 are pretty welcoming and just want people to have fun generally. At least on the dungeon leveling scene :D.

My rogue is my first and really only character, needless to say it does not have a ragebringer. I have never been turned down once people see me.
